Oswald Moore was a giant of a man to his family and friends. He was caring, supportive and “always one way,” that is, even-tempered and not mercurial. He was the father and person of Proverbs 17:27, “he was a man of knowledge that used words with restraint and was a man of understanding who was even-tempered.”
