Evangeline, Vangy as she was affectionately known, was born to Edith and John Eneas in Nassau, on March 19, 1929. She lived in Farrington Road for much of her early life and when her daughter, Wilhelmina took ill, she took Vangy with her to her home in Golden Gates where she spent the remainder of her days.

Oh what a glorious morning it was on December 29th 1980 on the beautiful island of New Providence, Bahamas; when Jamal Henricko Kemp entered the world with a burst of energy. He was the first of six children born to Alfred Jr. and Patrice Kemp. He was determined to make a difference. In years to come, he would bring joy to all, touching the lives of many.

On April 24, 1938, on the beautiful island of New Providence, in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Reginald and Betty-Elizabeth Knowles rejoiced at the arrival of their baby boy. This precious gift was given the name Neville Reginald.

5,4,3,2,1... Happy New Year! The beginning of the year is ushered in with celebration and fireworks. We fill our hearts with hope and enthusiasm to take on another year with a renewed sense of purpose; it symbolizes the beginning of a better and brighter tomorrow - any and all things are possible! How fitting that along with hope, joy and promise, January 1, 1945, marked the date of the birth of the last child of William Henry and Victoria Smith in the quiet settlement of Farmer's Hill, Exuma. A beautiful baby girl: Matilda Jane.

On the 12th of June, 1921 in the settlement of Port Howe, Cat Island, a beautiful baby girl was born to the late Samuel Ingraham and Annie Zonicle. She was christened as Carmen Blunetta Ingraham; and later Confirmed at St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Cat Island. She received her education at Port Howe All Age School, Cat Island. She married the late Cyril Tinker of Andros.
