On September 4th, 1931 a handsome baby boy was born to Angelina Archer (deceased) of Marsh Harbor, Abaco and Edward Adolphus Isaacs (deceased). Leonard Peter Archer was the fourth of nine children. His educational journey began at St. Francis Primary School in 1938. Upon completion he attended St. Augustine’s College from its inception in 1945. He was employed as an electrician’s helper at Taylor Industries in 1948, thus the beginning of his career as an electrician. As his skills and knowledge increased he sat and passed the Single and Three Phase Licensing Electrical Exams. He remained at Taylor Industries until his full retirement in October of 2012.

Wilton Alexander Gibson was born on October 8, 1932 to Percy Alexander and Clara Gibson (nee Ingraham) in the picturesque settlement of Hatchet Bay, Eleuthera. He was the second of six children produced by this union.

Gurney Sherwyn Armstrong was born on the 2nd October 1926 in Christ Church, Barbados and grew up in what is considered ‘the country’ in Barbados. Upon graduating from school he pursued a career in teaching and taught at St. Matthias School. In his early years he met Millicent whilst she was caring for his sick aunt, love came quickly and they were married for sixty three years before she predeceased him. This union produced eight children, Jacqueline, Shirley, Sherwyn, Gurney, Maurice, Torry, Harriette, and Neil.
